FAQ's

How long will my custom build take? 3-5 Months depending on the degree of customization.

Will my guitar be handmade? Yes, we handcraft our guitars. We hand select all of our wood. We also craft and shape all of our guitar bodies and necks by hand. We want to make sure we provide excellent quality every time. No CNC machine here…although a CNC would make life much easier at times. We do not handcraft our hardware, but do provide top quality hardware for every build.

Is a deposit required? Yes, we require a non-refundable 50% upfront deposit for all of our custom builds. All deposits are non-refundable after 7 days on our custom orders. All sales are final. We will work closely with you to ensure that expectations are fully met upon the delivery of your guitar.

Do you accept returns? No we do not accept returns, unless there is a major mechanical issue or defect.

Will you set up my guitar with .011’s? Of course! We understand that everyone prefers a different feel for their guitars. Our custom builds come standard with .010 gauge Ernie Ball strings, but we will be happy to accommodate whichever gauge you prefer. Please make sure to tell us when submitting your custom order.

Will you relic my guitar? Yes, but only lightly. It’s very easy to go overboard with this and can create a lot of extra work. We are very particular in letting certain natural nick’s and scratches live during the building process if you request a relic. We will get it started for you and let you naturally wear it in to fit your playing. We offer an aged lacquer upon request.

Will you do a custom refinish for my guitar? Sure! Depending on our order volume, we will take on refinish projects. Feel free to inquire.

What kind of pickups do you use? We highly recommend McNelly, Lambertone, Gemini, and Arcane Inc. pickups because we feel like they complement our builds very well. But if there is something else you would prefer, just let us know. We will be happy to accommodate!

Is a case included with my guitar? We do not include cases with our builds, but will be happy to provide one at an extra cost.

How can I become an endorsed artist? First step, buy one of our guitars. Then we can discuss an endorsement deal. We are always looking for the right people to represent our brand.

Do you offer artist pricing? We’re all “artists.”

I’m a YouTube or Instagram so-and-so, if you give me a guitar I can do a bunch of videos. No…just no. We put so much time and energy behind our guitars. It’s our livelihood. We would not ask you to work for free, do not ask us to do the same.

If you still have any questions, please feel free to send us an email and we will do our best to answer any other questions you may have.
